It is an excerpt from "The Record" the Hot Springs AR Historical Society Publication 100 year Anniversary Edition 1873-1973 (there might be some mistakes as scanning text is unpredictable I fixed all I could find) I have also added info and corrections from my findings and from other family researchers.

Tex Dick , Linda and Family- Tex has done a ton of research and taken his family line back to Ludwig Redwine of Gremany b. 1699. Tex has been very helpful in filling in holes in our line. He also manages the Roots-L Redwine mailing list which keeps us all informed. Tex's page is a must see!
